The Bluebird Care Franchise Business Owner will talk through how they got their business up & running, the competition, staff recruitment, IT and much more.
Nirmal Hussain grabbed the opportunity to be ‘Franchisee for a day’ with our Solihull office, owned by Steve Tarpey.
Nirmal is already familiar with working in a franchise, as for the last 5 years she has been a director of a domiciliary opticians franchise working with the elderly in the community.
Nirmal decided to take part in Bluebird Care’s Franchisee for a Day as she found Bluebird Care to be a well-supported franchise with the ability to offer a unique personalised service to clients. Nirmal is keen to develop her interests within the care industry and on top of this is an active member of Dementia Friends.
In the feedback received, Nirmal thoroughly enjoyed her day at our Solihull office with Director Steve Tarpey and found the business to be very well organised, with an easy business model to follow.
Nirmal said of her experience;
“My favourite part of the day was chatting to staff & finding out about their roles and I would recommend the Franchisee for a Day to others interested. The day gave me a more informed insight into the franchise and found the business model to be very structured and adaptable”.

Paul Sahota took part in Franchisee for a Day at our Slough, S. Bucks & S.Wycombe office, with director Ian Inglis.
Paul is a self-employed business contractor, who believes himself to have a good head for business, hardworking and results driven.
Paul chose the Bluebird Care Franchisee for a Day programme as it seemed to fit well with his personal skill set and be a very credible franchise.
In Paul’s feedback, it was noted that he had a fantastic day at our Slough office with franchise owner Ian Inglis and found the business to be very well run and professional
Paul said of his experience;
“Franchise owners Anne & Ian were open, transparent & extremely accommodating. The experience gave me a very positive impression of Bluebird Care and I can see the commitment required plus the awards that go with it”.
Commenting on the day, Ian Inglis who kindly hosted Paul for the day said;
“I found Paul to be very engaged and the experience also gives franchise owners the opportunity to take time out and reflect on their own journey, challenges and successes”.
Paul found this to be a very positive experience and had the decision been based just on the business Paul would have signed an agreement with immediate effect. However, as Paul would have to relocate there is a lot for him to consider in the meantime.
