I found the support and training offered by Bluebird Care to be very strong, particularly in the early days when all the care terminology plus policies and procedures can be new and slightly bewildering. We’ve enjoyed considerable success since launching our business, and I would measure this on the size of our long standing customer base, the quality of our care staff and the strength of our office management team. I can honestly say that our time with Bluebird Care has been extremely busy, but very rewarding, and it’s allowed me to develop my own management skills significantly.

We did a lot of research. It was obvious from the ageing population figures that there was a market opportunity in care. We looked at several care franchise companies but were really impressed on meeting with Simon Dalziel and Paul Tarsey, Directors of Bluebird Care and the whole decision to join the network just seemed right to us.

Jane Perry, Bluebird Care Edinburgh and Glasgow South

The best thing about being part of the Bluebird Care network is being an owner of my own business and knowing the service we provide makes a difference.
