The Bluebird Care Franchise Support Centre
Located at the Franchise Support Centre based in Petersfield, Hampshire, we have a highly experienced central team who provide leadership and support to each local Bluebird Care business. Our team is absolutely committed to putting the customer first in everything that we do so that Bluebird Care can provide the best home care and support services. A key element of this is the comprehensive support we give to each franchise business and how we develop these businesses throughout their lifecycle.
Franchise Recruitment Manager
Carole’s role within Bluebird Care is to lead the company’s franchise network development in the UK. Whilst we have continued to enjoy fantastic growth, there are still exciting territories available which would benefit from a franchised Bluebird Care office delivering the industry’s leading home care service in the area.
Having owned and operated her own franchised business, Carole is best placed to help those embarking on the exciting journey of operating their own franchise business. Carole understands the sometimes challenging but very exciting and rewarding journey our prospective franchisees go through.

Duncan joined Bluebird Care in 2015, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the franchise market. With 12 years’ experience in franchising, Duncan has been instrumental in the growth of some major UK and European franchises organisations and will now oversee Bluebird Care with a particular focus on growth, distribution and brand awareness.
Director of Operations
Fiona’s role is to enable Bluebird Care to provide the highest quality home care and support services across the UK. Service quality is her top priority. Fiona’s determination to make a real difference to the lives of customers began many years ago when she worked for NHS Scotland in mental health services. Her experience of how care and support was being delivered fuelled her commitment to eradicate poor care services and to build only the very best teams to deliver excellent care. As director or operations, Fiona keeps a strong hand on maintaining these core values.
Fiona’s key responsibility is to make sure that every Bluebird Care customer feels valued, that their dignity and rights are respected and that they are in control of their care and support. Her compassion and immense energy drive these customer focused values and the successful operation of Bluebird Care.
Fiona has a hands-on approach, using her extensive knowledge and experience to make sure Bluebird Care is synonymous with excellent home care services. Guided by her personal values, Fiona and the Franchise Support Centre team drive the operational and business support for all franchisees in the Bluebird Care network.
